I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Financial Economics at the Adam Smith Business School. Before joining Glasgow, I worked as a Quant for an asset management firm in London and taught at the School of Economics at the University of Nottingham. I was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Freiburg after completing a Ph.D. in Financial Economics at the University of Glasgow. I have served as an advisor to the Alan Turing Institute, the European Commission and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. My teaching and research interests lie at the intersection of Macroeconomics, Finance, and Applied Econometrics, with an emphasis on Data Science and Bayesian methods.
